For sure — decades long fans are WISHING every time we hear a song of David’s to attend a concert, but, airports and the craziness that goes with touring, maybe he just doesn’t want the in-between fuss and muss to get to the concert itself? Loyal bunch we are — ALWAYS want the chance to be in that audience — just one more time. Better yet — he’d never have to worry about cooking because — if truth be told — all of us want Sue and David to come on over, have a seat at our kitchen table, and shoot the breeze for 5 minutes! I’m waiting for news, hopefully, about the rescheduled Christmas on-line “event.” Still, like everyone else who checks the site, is he coming to a local place? Ah yes, the excitement is still there. How many entertainers can claim that energy? Real talent not something created by silly reality tv shows. Real talent that does not need electronic manipulation to make musical magic. The book continues to be written — may this chapter in David’s career continue to make us giggle like the teens we are NOT anymore physically. But, spiritually, we’re STILL ON THE BUS and lovin’ the ride!

Some of us are still waiting for the first concert, say nothing about “just one more time.” No, we sure aren’t teenagers physically anymore (there are some aspects of gravity I really dislike). Loved your comment “we’re STILL ON THE BUS and lovin’ the ride!”

Giggle. Very true comment re: gravity — not to mention the “Yikes! Wrong calcium for years!” or “Menopause mania!” My mom just laughs and says — Wait ’til you’re in your 70s — and she didn’t mean the decade of disco. At least we’re part of an enormous crowd trying to hold it together. Giggle again.

Well you know, I figure David got us through the puberty pandemic, he might as well be around for the “menopause mania” too. I thought I was getting the cold sweats from thinking I might be going to his concert; turns out I was just having a hot flash..

I hope I don’t jinx it, but there is a strong possibility I can make it to the Biltmore Estate concert!!!! Nothing like waiting 40 years for it to happen…but just maybe (fingers crossed, eyes crossed, and everything else that needs crossing is crossed). Whew, I just broke out in a cold sweat thinking about it!

Hope everyone is well out in DC land; I’ve been out of the loop for the past few weeks (Running a business = brain overload).

    Peace and Love,

Hi David! One day I would love you to play near Wichita, Kansas so I could come and see you perform live. I’ve always wanted to see you live and have never had the chance, so I am still keeping my fingers crossed that one day it will happen. I hope you have a great weekend! faith :)

    Hi, David!

Sorry to hear about your mom. I’m sure that’s hard on you and the rest of the family. May she have a better quality of life in the future than she has had the past couple years, and may God give you strength and wisdom to do all you can for her and still do what you need to do in your own life and for your continuing career!

Have you decided then to join those boards to work to help others facing dementia and Alzheimer’s? Do those on the boards want your help with fundraising or with ideas, or what exactly do they want you to do, if you don’t mind my asking?

And by the way, did you ever sell (some of) your mares in PA last fall a year ago? Just wondering.

I see you’re booked for a concert at Diana, at The Biltmore in Asheville this coming October. The Biltmore is just spectacular; everyone should visit it at least once! (Have you been there before?) But I’d never heard of Diana there, so I looked it up. Interesting, a new event venue.

I was wondering how things are going with your fight to get the back royalties paid to you for the merchandizing where your image was used for years without compensation. Can you give us an update on that?

I guess you and Danny Bonaduce won’t be doing any more concerts together in Atlantic City for awhile since he’s moved to Seattle. His bass guitar debut in Santa garb was hilarious in your Partridge Family Reunion concert together at the Keswick in PA!

A year or so ago, you mentioned that you might be doing some TV work again, or that you were working on a pilot, or something like that. I haven’t heard or seen anything subsequent to that. Are you working on anything now, or has mom and her situation kept you away from such work?

And finally–for this morning–are you doing any songwriting these days? A lot of your concert videos show you performing Partridge Family songs and doing covers of other works, but are you writing any original songs? Just wondering. (I can see that you have your plate pretty full with everything else you’re doing right now.)

Anyway, have a good day, David!

    Sincerely,
    Catherine

When I was nine years old and DC was 21, he seemed so OLD! Well, he doesn’t seem old to me now! Amazing, what time and perception can do!
I’m so happy to know that he’s still performing. I have his Concert DVD from 2002, and the interviewer asks, “What are the unfulfilled accomplishments of David Cassidy?” DC responds, “To be doing this three decades from now!” Power to you, DC. Stick around and sing for us when you’re 80+. You’ll still have it.

    Dearest David,
I am a lic. Nursing Assistant, & have worked @ several nursing homes in the past. I left b/c I didn’t like the way the residents/patients were being cared for before bed. The policy was to have the res./pat. wash their face/hands if they could; then I would be responsible for washing underarms, peri area,& their back. Now I wouldn’t feel comfy going to bed if I felt dirty, or sweaty anywhere else, how do these ppl. feel? So, I’d always do front & back top to bottom…This is the right way to care for a human being, which is not the way a home see’s a person until they get hurt,or have a right violated by someone.
I can understand your frustration about your mother, she’s a wonderful woman…I know you’ll see to it she gets the best care humanly possible. However,& I know you nor Sue are stupid ppl., but please be cautioned by the lack of compassion, dignity, honor,& respect some ppl. have towards those who are infirmed. To them, this is just another job,a paycheck. Wrong attitude for them to have. I have been in this profession long enough to see that the ones who are incompetent are the ones they keep,& the competent, caring ones get the boot…unfortunately…I wish you G_D speed in getting the right ppl. to be part of your mums’ care plan, & urge you to look for those who are loving, caring ppl. by nature,& not phonies that could fool a saint if they were still here.
I still love listening to the “old” songs on your solo albums…I only wish we could get you to come to Manchester,NH @ the Verizon Ctr.. The colleg my daughter grad. from had her ceremony there..She grad. magna cum laude…now she’s going for a Masters deg.
Thanks for listening, you have all my love, always,
    Pamela <3

Just wanted to inform DC that BPA which is a chemical placed in foods is causing Alzheimer’s and Dimensia in people. Stuff like TV dinners should be avoided.

Learn more about this at http://www.inforwars.com and listen to the radio broadcasts to find out what’s really going on in the world!
