October 28, 2016 – Concert Review and Photos.

“Hellooo Peekskill” exclaimed David in the midst of a pre-song guitar solo.  “I’m thrilled to be back in my home state where I was born and spent my years growing in New York. I want you to come and enjoy yourselves and share in the love that I have for all of you tonight.”

Always articulate and always complimentary to fans and band members, David led us on a journey through his life starting with ‘C’mon Get Happy’ and on through influences like BB King (‘Sweet Little Angel’), John Lennon (‘In My Life’), Deep Purple (‘Hush’), Jack Cassidy (‘Night and Day’) as well as life changing moments (‘I Think I Love You’). There were tributes to Davy Jones (‘Daydream Believer’) and even to the stages of Times Square (‘On Broadway’).

  2. Great photos and a well-balanced review from Lucio of David’s latest concert after all the media sensationalism! Maybe I ‘ll get to see David again in concert in 2017.
Will there be CDs produced of the Christmas songs David has just released? Hope so 🙂
Thanks for all the effort you put into davidcassidy.com

    Best wishes,
    Helen

  3. a very nice review from lucio, I am a type b fan, remember david from the 70s, and the partridge family hits, it is what led me to becoming a fan, the partridge family songs suited david when he was a young man, but I do prefer him singing the blues numbers and songs like hush, now, as it suits his voice much more, I know fans do like to hear originals such as I think I love you, which I thought I did as I drooled over a poster of david, so young and innocent, I play the partridge family originals, a favourite of mine is as long as there is you, lovely song, one of so many, david recorded in the 70s, and as much loved today, your voice when you were younger touches my soul even to today, I wish you well, and thank you for all the joy you have given me in your songs.

web sight. Take care David Bruce Cassidy!

What fabulous photos of you at your concert. You still have it 45 years later and my greatest wish is to be able to see you at one of your shows. You’ve given so much entertainment to so many for all these years, keep on doing what you do best.

    Love to you David
