Thank you so much for your thoughts and concerns as we live through another deadly storm here and all across the Eastern seaboard. It’s been wild for me to fly back home from finishing recording the Xmas tracks with Craig in Chicago the past week, and although I knew it was gaining strength I wasn’t aware it would arrive so soon.
My area wasn’t hit very hard compared to those who live further north and also inland. I live very close to the beach on a small waterway, and we have been pretty fortunate that the heaviest wind, rain and destruction occurred north of us. Not to, in any way, diminish the hundreds and possible thousands of humans who will or have already suffered.
I thank you all for your love and concern for me, but say a prayer for those who aren’t as fortunate as I.

So glad you made it through the storm David. Have been praying for you and all who have been or are in the path. I’ve always been a fan but I’ve been listening to your music almost everyday this past year. It has helped me so much through my divorce. It took me back in time to happier days. I’ve cried, laughed, and come out the other side feeling alive again. I know you had no idea how much your music helped me but “Thank You!” I can’t wait for your Christmas album! I know it will be wonderful. Please come to the north Dallas area soon. There are many great venues in Frisco/Plano/Allen. I saw you in Shreveport many years ago and would love to see you again. David, Just saw you in Branson, MO. You mentioned you were running a fever and I am sure you were still not feeling well, but you gave it your all and it showed!! You are a wonderful entertainer!
