Janie the description of the show was perfect, I couldn't say it any better myself. so I guess it is my turn to tell you about my meeting David, first of all David is the most down to earth person I ever had the pleasure to meet. I thought I would faint but when David came out to meet us he was so easy going and because he was so relaxed being with us, it made me feel very comfortable being there.

Okay here goes, The security was very tight they must have asked us six to seven times if we had passes, we had to wait about fifteen minutes in total to meet him. David didn't really have a lot of time due to other obligations, but he told us how he appreciated our support over the years and that he loves us for caring.

I was about the 20th person in line to have my picture taken with David, he wore black pants and a black shirt . God he was gorgeous!! When it was my turn I went up to him and said hi and said that I have a gift for him and I opened up the box with miniature wooden guitars, that were hand made from the Gibson Guitar Co.He took one look at them and said to me" Are these for me?" and I answered yes and I also told him that I was a fan of his for over 31 years, and that he would always have a special place in my heart.

Then Robyn took my camera and wouldn't you know the flash didn't work on my camera. I could not believe it, I said that's my mother's camera and now it is not going to work for me. So David looked at Robyn and said " Hey it's her mother camera lets take another picture. This time the flashed worked, and talking about being spontaneous Both David and I turned to each other and said YES! and we gave each other the high five!!! What a moment

I then gave him my card and letter and I had to leave, God I love that man more than ever.
