David at the Hard Rock Cafe, London

Hi,

I was very lucky on Tuesday, November 14, 2006 to attend the press conference that David gave at the Hard Rock Cafe in London.

There were nine fans there in total and they sat us in the front two rows, about two feet away from David, and the stage was only about four inches high!

David talked about the collection of items he was putting up for auction, some of which were there and about the new cd. Then he asked if anyone had questions, which some of the press did.

He then did a few one on one interviews with the associated press etc.

He then made time for us, and organised for us all to have our picture taken with him. He chatted for a while, then it was time to go. He came and shook all our hands and said thank you for coming.

Then he was gone! I had the most wonderful ninety minutes, mostly just watching him, as he was directly in front of me.

I still can't believe it all happened!
