Some Fun Facts:

David's mother Evelyn Ward wrote a letter to Tina Funk dated June 6, 1982. Evelyn mentioned that she was planning on going to Calgary to see David in "Tribute." She also said she'd be travelling through the USA during the next months.

A few days before David flew to Canada, he was in Kentucky to do an interview for "People" magazine. At that time he had 11 horses and he said his favorite was named "Believe It."

David mentioned he did most of the "Man Undercover" Stunts himself.

David took his bike with him to Calgary. He said that in Los Angeles he sometimes cycles 30 miles a day.

Do you remember the moustache David had in the summer of 1980? David said that he had to grow it for a movie he was doing. He described it, in his own words as "ridiculous."

David's best friend Sam Hyman came up to see David in Calgary where they did some camping together.
