Details <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stargala.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here.<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>This year\u2019s recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award is David Cassidy. His extraordinary success began on television with \u201cThe Partridge Family\u201d which brought him instant super-stardom and spawned David\u2019s 40 year career as a recording, Broadway, Las Vegas and worldwide personality who set the bar high for those who have followed. He has received numerous awards in the music industry and an Emmy nomination for \u201cPolice Story.\u201d Of late however, despite his ongoing concert tours, his foremost goal is to be the face of Alzheimer\u2019s awareness in an effort to educate, fundraise and help people to find the latest information and solutions on treatments, research, prevention and, very importantly, care taking. He is travelling across the country speaking to various groups and organizations.
