Title: "Dora, Dora, Dora"

Synopsis:

This episode debuts "Come On, Get Happy" (which used the same tune as "When We're Singing") as the new opening theme.

Mr. Kincaid introduces the family to Dora, who’s father believes she has talent. Upon meeting the family, Keith is immediately enthralled by her beauty.

Mr Kincaid wants the family to hear Dora sing. She begins singing "I Left My Heart in San Francisco", off key and flat. The family is surprised at how badly she sounds, but not Keith. He hears the voice of an angel.

The family finds a way for Keith to hear her real voice. Shirley invites Dora over and has her sing the song again, with Keith still hearing the voice of an angel. Meanwhile they record her.

Later that day Shirley asks Keith what he thinks of the singer on the tape. Not seeing Dora, only hearing her voice, Keith says how bad it is. He is shocked to learn that the singer is Dora!

Mr. Kincaid and Shirley figure out the right venue to introduce Dora. After the family performs, Shirley introduces Dora to the audience. She appears and the audience of service men goes wild. They don’t hear her off key voice, all they see is her beauty, and Dora gets a standing ovation. Dora’s dad, who she sings like, is beaming with pride backstage. Mr Kincaid and the family are delighted on the outcome.
