The Partridge Family was not David Cassidy's first time on television, but it definitely skyrocketed his career. In 1970 when The Partridge Family premiered, David became a phenomenon along with the show. He has the #1 selling single of the year, multiple Grammy nominations and he won a Golden Apple Award. He was so popular, his fan club grew to become the largest in history, exceeding even Elvis and The Beatles. David had done it all, and by the young age of 21, he was the world's highest paid performer. He has officially sold over 35 million copies of his records worldwide, with 18 gold and platinum recordings.

David Cassidy continued to act and earned an Emmy nomination as Best Dramatic Actor for the telefilm "A Chance To Live" the highest rated "Police Story" in its 7-year history.

David's next logical step was Broadway. He starred in the original production of "Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat." He went on to star in "Time" on London's prestigious West End and "Blood Brothers" which sold out in the US and Canada. In 1996, he opened at the MGM Grand in the $75 million extravaganza "EFX." This show became the most successful production in Las Vegas and brought in over 1 million paid customers. David was voted "Best All Around Performer" and "Best Singer" for his work in "EFX." After partnering with Don Reo, they created "The Rat Pack is Back!" and played to sell out audiences in Las Vegas. They also wrote and produced "At The Copa"; a non-stop, 90-minute thrill ride with music spanning the last half of the 20th century.

Following a fifteen year absence, David has returned to the stage and is still delighting audiences of all ages.

Editors note: David Cassidy will appear at Penns Peak on April 28, 2007.
