David and Shaun Cassidy team up for ABC Family sitcom

This is exciting! Shaun Cassidy is producing a new sitcom starring his two brothers, David and Patrick Cassidy.
Ruby & the Rockits premiered July 21st and received rave reviews. It is about a 1980's band, The Rockits, who are two brothers that were the hottest pop stars on the planet until they break up and go their separate ways. Fast forward to current day, and Patrick is married with two teenagers, while David is still rockin'-n-rollin'. Then, David gets a surprise visit from Ruby, the daughter he never knew he had played by Alexa Vega.
We all remember Shaun as a teen idol and actor on The Hardy Boys, and of course, David as a teen idol on The Partridge Family, but now we get to know Patrick who is also a singer and actor as well. Even younger brother, Ryan Cassidy, works on the set of this new sitcom. That's what you call brotherly love!
The only thing missing for me is that Shaun is behind the scenes writing and producing, rather than being in front of the camera. Please comment on what you think of this new family sitcom if you watched the first two episodes.
