How tall is David Cassidy? This 5'6.5 actor and singer is best known as Keith Partridge in the 1970s sitcom "The Partridge Family". Since that initial success, he has enjoyed a successful pop career in the 1970s after appearing in such shows as "Bonanza", "Adam 12", "Ironside" and "Marcus Welby, MD".
The creator of the Partridge family series, upon seeing the young Cassidy, cared not if he could sing, since he knew the boy's good looks would guarantee success with their viewer market. But while production was being made, he was convincing enough to be the lead singer of the Partridge Family recordings and made "I Think I Love You" a hit. This catapulted David Cassidy to work on solo projects and his first single "Cherish" reached No 9 in the United States making him a teen idol with his hit television show and his music career. David Cassidy's autobiography "C'mon Get Happy: fear and Loathing on the Partridge Family Bus" details his life, including his strong bond with his stepmother, his conflicts with Danny Bonaduce and the lack of financial reward for the $500 million generated for the show, for which he got only $15,000.
