David Cassidy will perform at 8 p.m. Friday at Penn's Peak. Doors open at 6 p.m., and tickets are $32 and $27.

Cassidy began his career in television and now he has finally returned to where it all started by starring in the latest ABC Family Show "Ruby & The Rockits." The show stars not only David Cassidy, but also his brother Patrick Cassidy. Shaun Cassidy, one of the most successful and respected television creators, producers and writers, heads the show's production while youngest brother Ryan Cassidy is the production designer.

Cassidy's career was launched when he was on "The Partridge Family" with his stepmother Shirley Jones.

"The Partridge Family" premiered in 1970, and by the end of the year, Cassidy had the #1 selling single of the year, record of the year, multiple Grammy nominations and a Golden Apple Award. Cassidy became so popular that membership in his fan club exceeded those of Elvis Presley and The Beatles.

To date, his records have sold well over 30 million copies worldwide and are recognized with more than 24 gold and platinum recordings. He alone was responsible for seven chart-topping Partridge family singles.

He has starred on Broadway, in London and in Las Vegas. He starred in the Las Vegas production EFX which, under his direction, soon became the most successful production in Las Vegas. It was quickly voted Best Production in Show in Las Vegas and Cassidy was voted Best All Around Performer and Best Singer.
