While it seems that everyone and their brother has appeared on "Dancing With the Stars" (and yes, Marie Osmond and her brother Donny both did), many celebs have no problem saying no to the long-running ABC reality dancing competition. As Season 16 gets set to kick off, here's a rundown of who gave this year's show a big fat no, as well as some celebs who've notoriously said no in the past. — Victoria Leigh Miller, Yahoo! "The Partridge Family" heartthrob David Cassidy did not wake up in love with the idea of doing "Dancing With the Stars." In a 2011 interview, the '70s teen idol said he was dead set against celeb reality shows, and "DWTS" was at the top of his hit list.

Cassidy told the Star-Ledger, "I was offered the first year of … what is that show? I can't watch it … 'Dancing With the Stars.' Having gone through a lot of theater and choreography and dancing, I'm not a trained dancer, but I've done enough. And I thought, 'You know what? It just feels, to me, very flimsy.' It's about people wanting to get on TV. I really have no interest in doing celebrity reality shows."

Cassidy did eventually cave on his reality TV stance and appeared on "Celebrity Apprentice," but the Donald fired him in the first week.
