2nd Annual David Cassidy Day At The Races

KidsCharities.org, a non-profit organization providing financial support to over thirty national and local children-oriented charities around the world, is hosting the second annual "David Cassidy/KidsCharities Day at the Races" for the benefit of the Belmont Child Care Association, the Northeast Parent and Child Society, and The Catie Hoch Foundation for Neuroblastoma Research.
On Saturday, August 4th, 2001, this day of fun and activities will be held at the Saratoga Thoroughbred Racetrack, Union Avenue, Saratoga Springs, New York. Thanks to the generosity of the New York Racing Association, a formal gathering of food, drink, and entertainment will be held in the "At the Rail Pavilion" (located trackside). A limited number of tickets will be sold for this event, which provides entry to the Clubhouse, a sumptuous luncheon (including seafood bar, pasta and carving stations), silent auction, entertainment, and much more! A donation of $150 per person is requested. Please reserve early, as seating is extremely limited! Your response may be faxed to me at (518) 584-4481. Please include your name (and names of any additional guests) address, telephone number, and method of payment (VISA and Mastercard accepted) with your signature.
Corporate Sponsors, for $2,500, will be given two tickets to the At the Rail Pavilion, photograph with David Cassidy at the event, corporate name on press, print, and electronic media, and a full-page ad in the event Program. A $1,000 Sponsorship includes two tickets to the event and a full-page ad in our Program. A $500 Sponsorship includes corporate name on press, print, and electronic media, and a full-page ad in our Program. Gift items for our silent auction, to be held in the "At the Rail Pavilion" are desperately needed. Items which have been very popular in the past include vacation packages, sporting event tickets, sports memorabilia, tickets to shows, restaurant gift certificates, artwork, jewelry, gift-filled baskets, and other unique items. Please consider contributing a silent auction item for this event.
