David Cassidy's Mini Cooper S

What could possibly be better than ending up in the backseat of David Cassidy's car? Why ending up in the driver's seat of his 2003 Mini Cooper S of course! Well, pinch yourselves, as you are about to get your chance of a lifetime! Multi-talented International Entertainer Extraordinare, David Cassidy himself, has decided to part with one of his most "cherished" possessions- a 2003 Mini Cooper "S" Edition automobile! Sassy, sporty and sexy, this superbly engineered machine is as classic and timeless as the seller himself.

David Cassidy will autograph the vehicle and take a photo with the new owner when he hands over the keys and ownership papers at a predetermined location in South Florida. If the winning bidder is unable to travel to Florida and take delivery of the vehicle him or herself, arrangements can be made to have the vehicle shipped to another location at the new owner's own expense.

A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the vehicle will be donated directly to David's favorite charity- KidsCharities UK, a non-profit organization benefiting a various children's charities founded by David and his wife Sue several years ago, now located in Glasgow, Scotland.

"The Vehicle: Is a 2003 Mini Super Cooper (S) - Color: SILVERPURE - Interior Color: GRAY - Stick shift- 6 on the floor - With LOW MILEAGE (8000) - MINI 17" WHEELS - Equipped with: LOJACK Auto Theft Recovery System - Harmon Kardon Sound System - Mini John Cooper Works - Condition: MINT Condition- This Vehicle Can Accelerate From 0 to 60 mph in less than seven seconds!"

The new Mini Cooper is more fun than a carnival ride. Both models handle like sports cars and the Mini Cooper S can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in less than seven seconds. Engineered by BMW, it is executed superbly and looks and feels like a quality piece inside and out. The new Mini Cooper lives up to the promise of its bulldog stance, legendary performance, and enthusiastic press reports. BMW has successfully melded the German and British car cultures, reaching back to the 1960s for the automotive icon of mod London. The new Mini has as much in common with the British car Americans loved in the '60s as the New Beetle has in common with the old Bug. The Mini Cooper has been reinvented for the 21st century and has returned to the U.S. much bigger and much better than the original.

Mini Cooper is the shortest car sold in America, but it's larger on the inside than on the outside. It totes four adults in surprisingly good comfort, even leaving room for stuff. Like all BMWs, it comes with advanced safety features and innovative engineering. Like the original, its uses front-wheel drive and a transverse-mounted (sideways) engine. But BMW employed a sophisticated suspension inspired by its rear-wheel-drive cars for superior handling, particularly on bumpy, curving roads.

The Mini Cooper is a well-executed piece by every measure. It's the total package that makes it the excellent value it is: appealing appearance inside and out, excellent performance, notable engineering, numerous safety devices and the simple delight of being in and around it. It gets excellent gas mileage and it will make your garage seem enormous.

About 10,000 Mini Coopers were sold in the United States from 1960-67. Still a sensation, the current Mini was introduced in late March 2002 and posted 15,000 sales in the first seven months. New owners were delighted by the Mini's design, features, and performance, according to a J.D. Power and Associates survey

BMW priced the Mini with an appreciation for real-world pocketbooks yet endowed it with a visual and physical opulence that ratchets up its value quotient. For 2003, there are no major changes.

Mini Cooper was named 2003 North American Car of the Year by a jury of 49 independent automotive journalists and is the number one rated vehicle for resale value. So what are you waiting for? Happy bidding and good luck!
