David Wins Best Singer Awards
Readers of the German teen magazine "Bravo" voted David the best singer in 1973, 1974, 1975. David was presented with the "Goldener Otto" which looks like a little Winnetou. In 1976 David was awarded the Bronce (Bronze) Otto.

In December 16, 2006 David put up for auction momentos from his career. The auction was conducted by Julien's Auctions at The Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles. This included a Bravo Award featuring a gold cast Native American brave mounted to a wooden base presented to David Cassidy for vocal efforts in 1973. A brass plaque mounted at front reads in full: "Bravo/Goldener Sieger/Der Otto-Wahl 1972/David Cassidy." 12 ½ inches height.
