  1. I love Seabird Radio .I listen to it most Sunday evenings .as there are not many stations that play David’s music . It’s great to hear his music being played .Doreen Walker who is my friend ,I met her here from Davids website ,she introduced me to the station .now everyone can listen to it too .

  2. Thank you for posting the radio program! I don’t understand why radio stations don’t play David’s music, his music is AWESOME & a lot better than most of the music that they do play, not to mention , they play the same songs repeatedly. I also don’t get why David’s CDs are not in stores, Hey music world, David Cassidy still is and was one of the top musicians & entertainers EVER! What is wrong with them? Sorry, I get a little emotional about him, I love him. 💙💚💙💚

    • I agree with you! I never see any of David’s CD’s in stores anymore, either. And as far as hearing his music on the radio, once in a blue moon, I hear “No Bridge I Wouldn’t Cross” when I’m out shopping, or if I’m dining out with family. I don’t know why David’s music isn’t getting the recognition it had before, because his music is so much better than what’s on pop/rock radio stations these days. It’s an absolute mystery to me! Maybe if we David Cassidy fans called some of those radio stations and requested David’s songs, it would make a difference.

  3. Thank you Jane for posting this for us . Seabird and Paul Thomas is so supportive of our efforts to make sure Davids music is still played on the airwaves .

  4. Thank you Jane.
This is a fabulous show and as Sharron has said, Paul Thomas is so supportive in David Cassidy’s music being on the airwaves.
Tune in you’ll love it 😍

  5. Thank you Jane,
This is a great show, i have been listening every Sunday.
I have been requesting David’s music on United Djs Radio, especially been requesting on the Stuart Busby Show, Monday to Friday 11am – 1pm(UK Time), who has been great in playing all my requests, go to https://www.uniteddj.com/ to listen or download the app from your app store

  6. Hi Doreen,
Thanks! I am in America, so this will be great. As I said earlier, i don’t understand why radio stations don’t play David’s music. I wish I could find his DVDs & CDs in dores, I don’t like purchasing online. GG

    • Hi GG
I think one reason why radio stations don’t play David’s music is that quite alot of David’s music is 4 or 5 minutes long and most main stream radio stations prefer tracks that are shorter. Also i think there is a assumption by quite a few radio stations that there are not fans out there, but we know better. With my requests i have surprised a few people that knew of David’s music but hadn’t heard any of the tracks i requested, i’ll keep requesting for more to be played. I doubt very much you will find David’s DVDs or CDs in stores now, unless of course someone released a complete box set of all his albums/CDs and DVDs. One company Cherry Red Records did release a box set of David’s solo albums that were on Bell records in a box set of CDs, it was available online and was in some stores here in the UK. You say you don’t like purchasing online, unfortunately at the moment this is the only way to get the DVDs and CDs. As long as you go to a well known stores online site you should be ok.

  7. Hi Doreen,
Thanks for replying! I didn’t even consider the length of his songs, you are right, that’s why Hey Jude was an exception when that song came out. I’ve requested David’s songs on some local stations but they only had I Think I Love You (PF version). I also want to contact PBS to play his concerts during their pledge drive weeks, they play the same things all the time. I will have to check out safe online stores, I just love David, I listen to him every day. You tube Cherish station has a great video of David to the song “Damned if This ain’t love” I love it, but I still can’t get through it without tearing up , not sure if you’ve seen it. Thanks for replying, i really appreciate it! GG

    • That’s ok, anything to help a fellow DAvid Cassidy fan. Yes, I have seen that video on YouTube and it is a great video.. Certainly try anything to get David’s music out there. Like you I love David and play his music everyday, i have certain songs that make me cry too..

  8. This is a great show, listen to it every week unless I’m at work. Great mixture of tracks xx

  9. Hi, It’s nice to know people here understand how I feel. I believe what I and all us feel about David is a special connection, it does help to know others still cry about his passing. I believe he knows this and knows how much he is loved. I will love him forever, alrady have for 51 years of my life. 💙💚💙💚

  10. ‘Since l fell for you’ , ‘ A fool in ‘love’ & ‘ Take this heart’ three beautiful songs tonight July19th on Seabirdradio, pure David Cassidy then finishing with ‘ A song for you’, sigh.

  11. Hi. BEAUTIFUL!!!! Sigh isn’t even the beginning! I’m in love a million times over! 💙💚💙💚

  12. Hi,
I am sure everyone saw that Reelz tv is airing last hours od David this Sunday, 8/2, 8PM EST. I LOVE David SO much but I’m not sure I really want to hear what they say. I will probably watch it, but I really wish some channels would air his concerts or re-runs of Man Undercover. I love watching him, act, sing, i watch his videos all the time. I love you David! 💙💚💙💚

  13. Hi,
So I ended up watching the REELZ show on David, it was interesting as it did provide more information o David’s health issues, but I guess I want to remember him in his better years, not that I am living in a ride colored world or anything, just that David was (and stillid) so special, talented, handsome, beautiful inside and out, kind, fun loving…..the list goes on. I really wish someone would make a really good documentary about his life and music and acting on a more positive note, like the Beatles Anthology, and shows about Elvis. Here it is that David was just as famous as the Beatles & Elvis, but there NOTHING out there about him. No CDs or DVDs or books on the stores. Barely on the radio, no mention of him…..its sad to me. I wish He did not have to go through all that turmoil with the drinking and all, but think about this, HOW great he managed to be! I can only imagine what he more he could have been if he were only able to stop. I am not judging him on that at all. I have been in love with him for OVER 50 years, so it’s very heart breaking to not have him around but more heart wrenching that it feels like he’s been left out even now. I really think it would be awesome if someone could come out with his life documentary, new cds, like let it be naked by the Beatles or SOMETHING. David will always live on but his music has to be aired more for people to remember. David if you can feel this, I love you forever. 💙💚💙💚

    • My Mom and I saw the Autopsy episode about David. It was very interesting and insightful, but very sad. I hated seeing the reenactment of his death. And seeing him in so much pain was also difficult. Poor David! Bless his heart!

I agree completely that David should get more recognition than he does. He was so talented and kind-hearted, yet, it’s almost like he never existed, because there’s nothing about him as far as CD’s, books, DVD’s, etc. And his music is never played on the radio anymore. He still has fans, and that’s good, but those of us who are fans would like to hear more of his music in the radio and see more of his work as an actor. If artists like Elvis Presley and the Beatles are still getting recognition after all these years, why not David Cassidy?

  14. Hi Kelly,
My thought exactly! David is right up there with the Beatles & Elvis, he should be treated the same as they are. I would not doubt that there are recordings that David did that were never released, like that awesome song Crazy Over You. Someone should gather clips, videos, tracks, whatever, & make a documentary, even a new CD of unreleased songs. There are other musicians from David’s era that get played on the radio ALL the time, and they could NEVER hold a candle to David. I think the REELZ TV show made me realize that, although it was interesting, it’s more information than I want to know. David had his troubles, unfortunately, but he still managed to be GREAT, that is real talent. I was thinking today, how awesome it would have been if he were able to stop his vices & may be had better managenent, how much bigger he would have been & he would still be here, but it didn’t turn out like that, so I want to remember his sweet smile, beautiful eyes, handsome face & his sensual voice, the voice that can provoke a million different emotions, in a good way. That show made me feel so sad for him. I don’t understand how someone so talented could just disappear, and like you said, for us fans, we find a,way to keep him alive, but more should be done, however that happens. At least Elvis has Priscilla to keep things rolling, not that Elvis needs that but she is keeping his spirit ALIVE, David needs that! P.s. I think David is cuter and I like David’s voice better. 💙💚💙💚

  15. Ps, I want to remember & think about David in a good way, even as he for older, not just when he was young. David remained a very handsome man even in his later years, very, very handsome. I love you David! 💙💚💙💚

  16. I agree GG and Kelly ,it makes me feel very sad that David never got the recognition he so deserved ,for a man so talented. I went into a record store ,a little while ago and could only manage to find one CD in the whole of the store .I cannot understand how this can be .I listen to United DJs and Seabird radio as they are the only stations that play his music .I too would like to see a CD with the unreleased songs .and make a documentary with clips of concerts, etc .I love to watch his earlier work police story ,Bonanza and Medical centre ,Marcus Welby .and his performances on stage such as Blood Brothers .we are his fans and love him so much , we want to see and hear more of him .

  17. Hi.
Yes!!! More David!! I love Police Story & Man Undercover too! It would be nice to see Blood Brothers on pbs or something!! Thanks for agreeing Claudette & Kelly, I am sure we are not alone. I hope something comes of this! 💙💚💙💚
