mad mad times in the 70s, you enjoy it all, even though it nearly kills you, after so many years in the limelight, do you ever get used to your private life be displayed? or eventually take it with a pinch of salt, hope you are enjoying relaxing, and having a private moment or two at last, I have my wonderful memories of you seeing you at Wembley, the screaming, I have searched online to see if I could get any pics or video of the concert I attended, but to no avail, very limited exposure, wish you well as always.

he did care about the media and what they said about him, that`s why he did interviews and told the truth about his alcoholism, dementia, and the break up of his marriage, how his son would not speak to him, it must have hurt david very badly, you have to grow a thick skin to have your life advertised and in some reports abusive comments plastered out, david has come out on top, after all that, i know when you are in the media your life is advertised, for all, the good and the bad mostly, its NEWS, and when you are on stage you become a commodity especially when you are young, and after all that he is thankful to the fans because they gave him a good life, but his talent got him there, and the love from his fans, but i think he is enjoying a private moment relaxing and enjoying his retirement, at last, my best wishes always to david

I apologize. I’d just been accused of getting into David’s private life and had misinterpreted your comment as another attack. If you were on this site a couple months ago, Christine and I were pretending she was hosting David’s stay when Hurricane Irma was coming in. My comment above was meant to continue with the pretense or to get some sort of comment from her about the wonderful restaurants and accommodations in Chicago, but she dropped the ball. This is apparently a serious site, so I won’t play on here anymore. I guess I’m hard to understand. I was not trying to hurt David. Please feel free to comment.

i have searched the internet for footage from the weekend at wembley concert, and found the original layout of empire pool wembley, excitement was not the word, can remember where i sat and being on the end of the row was able to stand in the aisle as we were all standing and screaming david`s name, a time i shall cherish forever, unfortunately there is not much footage from that time.

    Dear Margaret,

There is no pretense and no one dropped the ball. I was trying to respond to your comment about three hots and a cot and someone removed my comment to you. That’s why I said some fans do not take honest feelings well on this site, no matter how well intentioned. I do however respect David’s private life, even if I don’t always agree with it. So people lets be friends on here please, and not use David’s fan site to argue.

i have had my comments removed from time to time, and i think david does the removing, i feel some fans are using it like a chat room which it is not, i am sure david loves to read our comments and responses, i enjoy seeing his posts and commenting, and that is what his website is all about, and our comments should be about the subject in which he posts. and i expect this comment may be removed i would halve expect it.

  34. Christine
    Posted November 8, 2017 at 4:55 am | Permalink

    I agree Barbara,

I also think that David would like us to be genuine in are responses and feelings to his posts, and as his fans. What’s the point of being a fan if we cant tell him how much we care about him, and not just act like sheep going along with one mind set. But I do agree that this site should not be used to bicker over differing view points like a chat room.

So with that said David, we love you and hope you are in the best of health and you are dearly missed…we hope to hear from you soon.

    Love , Christine

Dear David, Words of love , joy, and happiness, have been expressed to you here on your website. Your Talent, your own style that you bring is shown in many ways through the years, and your voice and singing, stage performances in theatre, you have just gave us fans so much, what can we ask for now. You David to have peace and happiness. This week I was alone as a passenger in a truck, when my friend got out for a moment, the truck with me in it rolled along onto a highway straight for a ditch and trees. My friend chased it and it got stopped, as it hung over the ditch. It was dark out, my next concern was to stop traffic as it stuck out on highway. A good person stopped and pulled it out. I just want to say , I loved all the posts from all your fans, each fan has a special experience or message to you. Friendships have been made here, Felicia is a true fan to you David, and we are pen pals, it sounds old fashion with modern technology, but I was shy about your website, than I thought, you were the kindness to me, and I want to extend and reach out, as a fan and be here. Felicia told me her greatest wealth in life is her friendships. That says it all. I had a few posts with other fans now and than, I read some of the latest posts, like okay, that’s over, I love when other fans post pics of you David, or songs to listen of yours, and Araceli, made the best ever videos for you , and Yvonne is truly a fan, and Margaret miss your posts, and every fan of yours David is special and belongs here on your website. The holidays are almost here, this a time to give thanks, and be together. As a fan family for you David.

Shaun Cassidy posted this to David’s fans two hours ago, which got 1,300 responses within the first hour:

Thank you for all your love and good wishes for David. It means the world to all of us.

I tastefully asked Shaun whether somebody in the family was a candidate for an organ transplant. I’m sure I won’t get a response, but no doubt everything is being done. Since they induced a coma two or three hours ago, I assume it was to keep him from feeling pain. If they can go ahead and do a transplant while he is under, that would be great. Yes, we’re all praying and hoping for the best while bracing for the worst.

Maybe this is the answer to David’s prayers. Remember, he didn’t want to live in a progressed state of dementia, living in diapers. He had told Beau to find a way to let him go. Then this happens. He goes out with dignity, just sleeping. I just gotta wonder…

Let’s help our beloved David.-David Cassidy is on the waiting list for liver transplant donation, if any fan wants to donate or help him, he just has to go to a hospital in his locality and say that he wants to be a donor to David Cassidy, that he is on the list of Wait, and that he are in a Florida hospital in Fort Lauderdale.
There they will give you a blood test to know if you are compatible with him
Thank you very much for the support to David.

We should have been told by people in the know a month or two ago when David was in better shape to undergo surgery. At any rate, there are already women on Facebook offering to donate organs to David. Hopefully one of them gets serious about it quickly and contacts a hospital.

You’ve got thousands and thousands of people pulling for you all over the world…praying for you and wishing you all the best. Some women on Facebook have already stated their willingness to donate. Some have asked whether they could donate from where they live…not in Florida. I think organs are flown by helicopter all the time, so maybe some press about how all that works would help the situation.

    Holy God,

We thank You for the gift of love and talent that David Cassidy has been to the world. Thousands of us pray in agreement before You for the life and wellbeing of David Cassidy, who is now one of Yours.

We pray that a donor with a healthy liver and the right blood type comes to a hospital soon and that the transportation of the liver to David’s hospital goes well if it must come from out of his state. We also ask that You guide the hands of both surgeons and the timing of things.

Father, we love David, and we humbly ask for his health to be returned to him. Ultimately, we understand that we are all just passing through, here on earth to learn lessons and to learn to love, and we know that there is a time for everything under Heaven. But we do humbly ask for more time with David.

We put this petition before You and trust that You will do what is best for David, knowing that there is no end to the depth of Your love for him. We pray for peace to come over David, his family, his friends, and his thousands upon thousands of well-wishers all over the world.

We pray this in Jesus’ name. Amen.

    Dear David,
I am praying for you to get well. Your too young to leave us. Please know how much we all love you. I’m in the medical profession and see this everyday, but I also know that real miracles happen if we have faith, so don’t give up David. And to David’s family I hope this brings you closer together, heals family scars and makes you stronger for it. God Bless you.

    Love you always, Christine

Dear Cassidy family I am so sorry for the loss of David . I have been praying for David and
all of you during this sad time and hoping that the transplant would come through and go
well. I wish you all God’s peace during this very sad time. And I will keep you all in my
daily prayers. I glad that David is not in pain but it’s always hard for those left behind.
I will always miss David dearly and forever. He was a very talented and loving person in

Never before have I cried about the passing of a celebrity but seeing and listening to David Cassidy as a preteen girl growing up in the shires of England, I realized for the first time that boys were not ‘ew’, ‘icky’. I didn’t go to concerts but had posters…of course! So very sad. Sending very best wishes to his family
