David Cassidy Historical Marker – West Orange, NJ

David Cassidy spent ages 5 to 11 of his life living in West Orange, New Jersey. He spent many hours outdoors with his friends playing little league baseball at Colgate Field located down the road from his home on Elm Street.
The David Cassidy Tribute Walk, and the David Cassidy Virtual Fan Club, are coming together to raise funds to place a historical marker at Colgate Field in honor of David’s memory. Please donate to this Go Fund Me to be part of the “team” that will hit a home run and honor David Cassidy.

  1. Oh Jane & everyone concerned (that helped get the above photo available for us to see). It’s so lovely to see that pic of our David at such a tender age! Although the photo is a bit hazy ( cos after all the pic is 60+ years old). We can really see David’s familiar features, he looks so sweet! He is absolutely gorgeous at any age. I still refer to him in the present tense, as although he’s not here in this world, he’s somewhere else. With the knowledge that his fans love him so much!
Jane & all fans worldwide, thank you all for all the tireless work you have put in to keep David’s name & memory alive. The various fans, groups, organisations who have organised events, met up, funded memorials etc in David’s name. Thank you. I hope David can see how much we love, miss & care for him!!!!!!!
It’s now coming up to 6 years since we lost one of the world’s most wonderful, nicest, loveliest, talented men. It’s hard to believe how time has gone by.
    We will always love you.
Hope everyone worldwide is OK, in these continuing difficult times. Will there ever be an end to it all! I always think of all of you, particularly when I hear on the news of things happening in various countries (& here in the UK), where I know you all live. All keep safe.
Lots of love David without question, & love to everybody worldwide. Adeola.

  2. It is six years today since you were still with us David and I miss you as much as ever. Remembering that you gave all of yourself to your fans in your performances in the most heartfelt and expressive way. And I never forget the sorrow I felt when I heard of your passing. You were one of the most kind and genuine persons I had ever heard about. I hope you have found the peace that you deserved but did not have here particularly during the last years of your life. I’ll remember and love you always David. Sandra from Australia.
