Single's highest chart position in the UK was No. 51. Sleeve has color picture of David in chair. Another version of the sleeve - with the same picture - was released, called the "Contest Edition." This sleeve advertised a "Let Your Heart Go... To Paris" contest.
British 12-inch single (Arista 12620) has extended version of Romance on A-side and instrumental version on B-side. Included a limited edition color poster.
British Love Mix picture disc (Arista ARIPD 2620). A-side has the "Love Mix" of Romance, which is a lot steamier than the LP version. B-side is the instrumental version. Disc shows a color picture of David holding a topless Samantha Fox.
British Love Mix 12-inch single (Arista 22620) has Romance Love Mix on A-side and instrumental on back. Sleeve had white border; picture was same as Romance sleeve.
German radio edition promo (Arista 107 472 00) sleeve has same picture as UK version, but it says "Radio Edition" in the righthand corner. Also says "for promotion only." A-side is radio edition (3:42) and B-side is 45-version (3:45).
German Love Mix 12-inch single (Arista 601-885) included the Romance Love Mix on the A-side and the instrumental on the back. Sleeve had white border; picture was same as regular Romance sleeve. Cover slightly different than UK 12-inch sleeve.
